Pride Sunday Worship

Join us this Sunday (June 7) for Pride Sunday Worship! Our theme is “A Place at the Table”: Committed to welcoming people of all backgrounds, identities and experiences. Whoever you are, there is always a place for you here at the table.

Guest Speaker: Lilac (Kacey) Colibaba – Lilac works in education in Estevan Saskatchewan. She has her kid every other weekend and they have so much fun together. Lilac is queer. Some of the labels they use are transgender, nonbinary, asexual, and biromantic. They are baptized and confirmed in the United Church. E is creative, passionate, and spiritual.

We will be gathering for a BBQ and potluck after Worship. Hamburgers, veggie burgers, buns and gluten-free buns will be provided. We invite you to bring salads and desserts.

We are an affirming United Church community. We work to be public, intentional, and explicit in our welcome and inclusion of 2SLGBTQIA+.
