Unlearning Obedience: Resisting Patriarchy in Professional Spaces
The Workshop
Unlearning Obedience: Resisting Patriarchy in Professional Spaces is a community-rooted, World Café-style workshop for women, queer, trans, gender-diverse folks and allies who want to reimagine how we work and lead.
- Where do we feel pressure to comply or perform at work?
- How does patriarchy shape our professional self-image? Our confidence, relationships, and leadership?
- What might work look like if it were rooted in consent and care, trusting your intuition, and building shared power?
