Regina Pride Inc. Online 50-50 – Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how and when we collect, use, and share your information across our websites, email notifications, applications. When using any of our Services you consent to the collection, transfer, storage, disclosure, and use of your information as described in this Privacy Policy.

Information Collection and Use

We collect and use your information below to provide, understand, and improve our Services.

Basic Account Information: If you choose to create an EchoLotto Inc. account, you must provide us with some personal information, such as your name, username, password, email address, or phone number. Your Name will be displayed publicly on our web site if you win a raffle.

Contact Information: We may use your contact information to send you information about our Services, to market to you, to help prevent spam, fraud, or abuse.

Location Information: We require information about your location. We determine location by using other data from your device, such as precise location information from GPS, information about wireless networks or cell towers near your mobile device, or your IP address. This is a requirement to use our services as you must be located within the jurisdiction of the raffle to purchase tickets.

Cookies: Like many websites, we use cookies and similar technologies to collect additional website usage data and to improve our Services, but we do not require cookies for many parts of our Services such as searching and looking at public user profiles. A cookie is a small data file that is transferred to your computer or mobile device. We may use both session cookies and persistent cookies to better understand how you interact with our Services, to monitor aggregate usage by our users and web traffic routing on our Services, and to customize and improve our Services. Although most web browsers automatically accept cookies, some browsers’ settings can be modified to decline cookies or alert you when a website is attempting to place a cookie on your computer. However, some Services may not function properly if you disable cookies.

Using Our Services: We receive information when you view content on or otherwise interact with our Services, even if you have not created an account (“Log Data”). For example, when you visit our websites, or sign into our Services, we may receive information about you. This Log Data may include your IP address, browser type, operating system, the referring web page, pages visited, location, your mobile carrier, device information (including device and application IDs), search terms, or cookie information.

 

Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not disclose your private personal information except in the limited circumstances described here.

Service Providers: We engage service providers to perform functions and provide services to us in Canada, and other countries. For example, we may use a variety of third-party services to help provide our Services and to help us understand and improve the use of our Services, such as Google Analytics.

We do not collect or store your credit card information but your credit card information is collected by our payment provider, including your credit card number, card expiration date, CVV code, and billing address to process payments; prevent, detect and investigate fraud or other prohibited activities; facilitate dispute resolution such as chargebacks or refunds; and for other purposes associated with the acceptance of credit or debit cards.

Law and Harm: Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Privacy Policy, we may preserve or disclose your information if we believe that it is reasonably necessary to comply with a law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request; to protect the safety of any person; to address fraud, security or technical issues; or to protect our or our users’ rights or property. However, nothing in this Privacy Policy is intended to limit any legal defenses or objections that you may have to a third party’s, including a government’s, request to disclose your information.

Business Transfers and Affiliates: In the event that we are involved in a bankruptcy, merger, acquisition, reorganization or sale of assets, your information may be sold or transferred as part of that transaction. This Privacy Policy will apply to your information as transferred to the new entity.

Public Information: We may share or disclose your public information.

Non-Personal, Aggregated, or Device-Level Information: We may share or disclose non-personal, aggregated, or device-level information such as the total number of times people engaged with raffles, or the number of users who supported a particular charity. This information does not include your name, email address, phone number, or EchoLotto Inc account ID.

Accessing and Modifying Your Personal Information

If you are a registered user of our Services, we provide you with tools and account settings to access, correct, delete, or modify the personal information you provided to us and associated with your account.

 

Changes to this Policy

We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make a change to this policy that, in our sole discretion, is material, we will notify you via  email to the email address associated with your account and/or notification on the login screen.

By continuing to access or use the Services after those changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Privacy Policy.

Return, Refund, and/or Cancellation Policy

Unless otherwise stated in writing at the point of sale, and not limiting the statements that follow, all sales of goods, services, passes, tickets, products, etc. are considered final, non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable.

  1. Sale of Merchandise:
    1. Shirts, Hats, Umbrellas, Toques, Socks, Undergarments – may only be returned or exchanged up to 14 days after sale if presented to REGINA PRIDE INC. unopened, unsoiled, undamaged condition (as-sold condition).
    2. Earrings, pins, buttons, etc. – may only be returned or exchanged up to 14 days after sale if presented to REGINA PRIDE INC. unopened, unsoiled, undamaged condition (as-sold condition). Due to concerns about contamination, REGINA PRIDE INC. cannot accept the return or exchange of these types of products if they appear to have been used.
    3. Flags, Banners, Posters, etc. – may only be returned or exchanged up to 14 days after sale if presented to REGINA PRIDE INC. undamaged, complete, and in as-sold condition. Items that show signs of modification, excess use, and/or marks/stains may not be accepted for a return/exchange.
    4. All other merchandise – – may only be returned or exchanged up to 14 days after sale if presented to REGINA PRIDE INC. unopened, unsoiled, undamaged condition (as-sold condition).

  1. Sale of Event Tickets / Passes / Admission for Events / Functions / Activities:
    1. The sale of admission to participate in a function hosted in full or in part by REGINA PRIDE INC. shall be considered final except for the following:
      1. If the purchase is refunded within 24 hours of the purchase date/time but not within 48 hours of the start of the event/activity for which the admission was purchased for;
      2. If the event/activity has reached capacity and the ticket is transferable to a new buyer;
      3. If the event/activity is hosted in part by another organizer who’s return/refund policy overrides that of REGINA PRIDE INC.’s policies (in which case REGINA PRIDE INC. and the involved hosting parties shall agree upon in advance the policies around return/exchange/refund/cancellation of purchases).

  1. Sale of Game Tickets (raffle, 50/50, Echo Lotto Online 50/50, etc):
    1. The sale of Game Tickets for the purpose of a lottery, 50/50, raffle, or other type of game, lottery, contest, shall be considered final and non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable.
    2. The purchaser of Game Tickets agrees to comply by this and any other terms, conditions, or policies related to the participation in the Game activity.
