What is an Annual General Meeting (AGM)?
The Regina Pride AGM is a meeting of our organization’s membership that takes place each year in the fall. This is a chance for the Board of Directors to:
- Provide an update of the organization’s operations for the previous year
- Review and approve the organization’s previous AGM minutes, finances, bylaws, and other documents as required of a non-profit organization
- Hold an election of board members who will represent the organization for the next term.
